After its debut as the No. 1 selling PC game in January 1997, the original Diablo sold more than two million copies within the next two years. Diablo II was released in 2000 and made the Guinness Book of World Records for being the fastest selling computer game ever sold, with more than one million units sold in the first two weeks of availability. The Wraith (pictured at right) is one of the creatures Carroll designed for Diablo II. Today, Carroll is a film director, screenwriter and animator. He co-directed and co-animated the film "Legends from Camp," which was named Best Animated Short at the RiverRun International Film Festival in 2004.
